Sales Adviser

Sales Adviser required for a new, permanent role with a city centre Estate Agency in Leeds.



The Role

Duties will include: dealing with property buyers and vendors, dealing with calls and emails from both, arranging property valuations and viewings and negotiating offers.  The successful candidate may be required to conduct viewings in properties (a full driving license is essential for this).  There may also be some sales progression duties, dealing with conveyancers ets.



The Person 

Applications are welcome from people with relevant experience or transferable skills.  Additionally, applicants must be able to work to targets, be well presented and have top notch communication skills. The salary is generous, as is the commission structure but this is entirely based on experience both before and whilst in the role.  



Remuneration

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum with an OTE of circa £37,000.
