Komfort Partitions divides spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.
We are searching for an Internal Sales Support person in a newly created role to support the Sales and Estimating teams, qualify all new enquiries into the business, and ensure estimating quotes and tenders are actively followed up with customers. This role will support our customers and colleagues ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all.
Main duties:
- Actively pursuing live lines of interest to generate new business opportunities
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner
- Requesting further information from our customer base to assist the Estimating team
- Analysing sales data
- Proactively chasing pipeline of open quotations to obtain feedback
- Creating CRM log / references, setting up tender files and maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions
- Providing administration support to the external Sales team
- In-house management of sub-contractor accounts
